Where are you located?

I’m located at Twentynine, 29 High Street Kyneton. You can find me there on Mondays and Saturdays.

What will my treatment be like?

I will listen to your concerns and preferences, and explain the treatment plan before proceeding with the massage. Body parts that are not being massaged will be covered with towels appropriately for your privacy. You have the right to confidentiality and privacy during my massages, this means that I will maintain a professional and respectful demeanour at all times.

Be assured at Kenko Massage Therapy, client rights are very important. Please speak up if the pressure is too firm or not firm enough. I do read body language and ask questions, but please work with me to best help you. It is not always about ‘no pain no gain’, but rather a combination of skills and techniques in consultation with you that really works!

What if I’m not feeling well?

If you're feeling unwell or think you may be coming down with something, please consider rescheduling your appointment. This helps protect my health and ensures a safe, comfortable space for everyone. Your consideration is genuinely appreciated.

What products do you use?

I use Australian made massage oil (100% natural). My oil hydrates the skin, leaving it soft, moisturised and non-greasy. It is vegan, nut friendly and water dispersible, meaning it simply washes off in water. I scent my oils for various treatments, using my unique blends of essential oils.

Who do you cater for?

I cater for EVERYBODY – all ages, abilities, shapes and sizes! I will customise your treatment to your requests.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes, your personal and medical information is kept strictly confidential.

Do you accept cash?

Yes, I will accept cash payment – ONLY if the amount is correct. I do not keep cash on myself OR the premises, so will not be able to give change.
